Mplus was founded in 2004. We are a community-based organization working on sexual health and rights for our target groups. These are:<\/p>\n

We work in 10 provinces in north and central Thailand. Our head office is in Chiang Mai with programming based in 4 community sexual health\/HIV clinics located in Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Phitsanulok and Nakorn Rachasima. Connected to these, we operate mobile clinics in 6 additional provinces in Lampang, Petchabun, Sukhothai, Tak, Uttaradit and Surin
Our strengths lie in policy advocacy, health service delivery and our work with young key populations. We enjoy a strong reputation for our innovations, our use of technology, our communications and our data-driven service delivery. We have strong partnerships with the national and provincial governments where we work.
Each year, together we reach more than 16,000 LGBTQI+ through our various programs throughout Thailand. Of these, approximately 15% are below the age of 18 years. Our work brings us into direct contact with at risk adolescents.
